Each custom PC undergoes rigorous stress testing and quality control. Please allow 5-7 business days for assembly and testing before your unit is shipped via insured courier.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished electronics?
Yes, all refurbished items at Zach's Tech Turf come with a standard 90-day limited warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions.
What is your return policy for open-box components?
You can return open-box components within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included; a 15% restocking fee may apply.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.

Are your graphics cards brand new or used for mining?
