At Zach's Tech Turf, we stand behind our hardware and want to ensure your setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of the device you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and perform a data wipe, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
